Financial Policies – Regardless of the reason for your child’s visit to Jungle Roots – Preventive or Treatment – we will always do our best to accurately estimate what your out-of-pocket expenses will be based on the insurance information you provide us. Patients with dental insurance must provide the office with complete insurance information in order for our front office team to verify eligibility and file a claim for dental services rendered. Payment of estimated out-of-pocket expenses is expected at the time of the dental visit. Because of the complicated nature of insurance billing, patient portions are an estimate, and actual out-of-pocket expenses may vary due to lower/higher insurance payments or changes in services rendered during the course of treatment to address what’s best for the child. In addition to cash or check payments, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.
Insurance Policies – Jungle Roots Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics is happy to file dental insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. Please remember that as a provider, we are a third party. Your relationship is between you and your insurance company, and we bill them to make it more convenient for you to use your insurance. In addition, if your insurance is provided by an employer, they are also involved as the employer determines the levels of coverage for the actual plans. Understanding dental insurance coverage and benefits can be complicated and the industry changes rapidly, so we have a designated Insurance Coordinator on staff to assist you with your insurance questions and needs. Jungle Roots is currently In-network with Delta Dental as a Premier Provider, and we bill Out-of-network benefits for all other major PPO providers.
